 CC Beauty Shop LLC and its service provider is not responsible for any lost, damage, or stolen items/property while client is on the premises. Client is solely responsible for their possessions.

 CC Beauty Shop LLC is not liable for any personal injury incurred on the premises.

 Only children receiving a service are allowed in the salon. Under supervised children are not welcome in the salon. Children under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult and be able to sit quietly and entertain themselves. There are dangerous chemicals, hot tools, and sharp utensils that can seriously injure someone. CC Beauty Shop LLC is not responsible for children that are injured by not following our salon policy.

 Gift certificates can be used on all services and products. Gift certificates cannot be refunded for any reason. Gift certificates can be transferred to other people. Gift certificates are kept on file in our computer system. If you lose your gift certificate, please reach out to the owner for assistance.

 There is a 10 minute grace period for services thirty minutes or shorter. There is a 15 minute grace period for services an hour or longer. If you are more than 10-15 minutes late, your appointment will have to be rescheduled. The stylist might not have the necessary time to accommodate you.

Please allow at minimum 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows the stylist to fill your spot with someone else. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will owe a cancellation fee before you can book another appointment. If you no-show, you will owe the full price of your service prior to booking again. 

 All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for products, services, or gift certificates. If you are unhappy with your service, please reach out to the owner for a correction. Products can be exchanged for something different if you are unsatisfied with the product. A card is required to book. It will not be charged unless the client no shows which results in a 100% charge or a cancellation within 24 hours of the service which results in a 50% service charge on the card.
